How To Apply For Japan Student Visa?
You will have to prepare the following documents and submit them to your school or university so that they can apply on your behalf for the Certificate of Eligibility to the Immigration Bureau in Japan. All of these documents need to be either in English or in Japanese or have validated translations attached to them.

How to Apply for PORTUGAL Work Visa?
Once you have secured a job offer, the application for the Portugal work visa is divided into three parts: 1. Your employer applies for the Work Permit. They must do this after they have offered the job to you but before you travel to Portugal. 2. You apply for a Work Visa at the Portuguese Embassy. How to Apply AUSTRIAN Universities
For most Austrian universities, you can simply apply online by submitting the application form along with all requested application documents.
However, it is always recommended that you check with your chosen university. As in some cases, you will also have to send documents by post.
The application process can be lengthy, in some cases taking up to six months; so you’re encouraged to apply as early as possible to allow time for your application to be processed. Austrians are strict about administrative procedures – deadlines are non-negotiable and you should make sure you’ve supplied the correct documents.

Requirements of Admission in AUSTRIAN Universities
A place to study has to be available at the university for the desired course of studies.
The applicant must have an A-level or high school diploma, that can considered equivalent to an Austrian Matura examination certification (either regulated by an agreement or in individual cases decided by the vice chancellor, possibly with certain requirements) or furnish proof of completion of a three year (minimum) study at another certified post secondary educational institution.
The certification must sufficient for acceptance to the desired course of study at a university in the country in which it acquired. Any study related requirements (e.g. entrance examination); must be fulfilled in the country in which the A-level or high school diploma was issued.

AUSTRIAN Student Visa
For international students, there are two types of Austrian student visas; a Short-term visa and a Long-term visa. You should apply for the type of visa which suits the length of your study program:
Visa C (Short-term)
This is a short-term visa that allows you to stay and study in Austria; and in all other Schengen countries for a maximum of 90 days (3 months). It is not necessary if you are allowed to enter Austria without a visa.
Visa D (Long-term)
This is a long-term visa that is valid for up to six months and at least 91 days; and which you can then switch to a Student Resident Permit. This is the type of visa you need if you will pursue higher education or long-term studies in Austria. It is not necessary if you are a Japanese national.

What To Do If Your Visa is Denied
Appealing a decision on your visa application is not a simple thing to do.First of all, you must be very sure that the decision was incorrect, and that there was no reason for rejection.
Secondly, you shall appeal the conduct against the Member State that has taken the final decision on your application.
You shall appeal by writing an Appeal Letter for Visa Refusal. Writing this kind letter is a whole process itself. You must give very strong reasons why you believe your application was incorrectly rejected, and why the decision must be taken back.

Health Insurance for AUSTRIA Student Visa
The Austria visa insurance requirements are as follows:
EU/ EEA Countries or Switzerland; As long as you have a valid European Health Insurance Card you will be able to be covered through the healthcare system in Austria; just like in your home country
Non-EU/ EEA Students; for all other students you will need to show proof of health insurance as part of your residency permit application. This will require a letter from your insurance company stating you have coverage for your time there.
